干扰素抗性株人类乳头瘤病毒的型别分析

摘    要:目的检测并分析干扰素抗性株人类乳头瘤病毒的型别。方法于尖锐湿疣局部注射干扰素,在治疗前应用导流杂交技术,对所有的疣体检测人类乳头瘤病毒的型别,并分别对干扰素治疗敏感及抵抗的乳头瘤病毒型别进行统计分析。结果人类乳头瘤病毒6型的治疗抵抗率为9.6%,人类乳头瘤病毒11型的治疗抵抗率却高达31.8%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(Х^2=11.2792,P〈0.05)。结论人类乳头瘤病毒11型较6型更易出现干扰素治疗抵抗。

Analysis of subtypes of HPV with resistance to interferon

Abstract:Objective To clarify the distribution of subtypes of HPV with resistance to interferon. Methods All subtypes of HPV were determined by flow-through hybridization technique before treatment by local injection to interferon. The distribution of subtypes resistant or sensitive to interferon was statistically analyzed. Results Of the subtype 6 of HPV 9.6% was resistant to interferon treatment,while 31.8% of the subtype 11 of HPV was resistant to interferon. The difference in the response of the two subtypes to treatment was statistically significant (Х^2 = 11. 2792 P〈0. 05). Conclusions In comparison with subtype 6 of HPV,subtype 11 shows higher resistance to interferon treatment.
