不同活度125I粒子植入治疗兔VX2肝癌的研究

摘    要:目的:观察并比较不同活度125 I 粒子组织间植入对肝癌的抑瘤作用及对机体的损伤。方法从36只新西兰大白兔制成的 VX2肝癌模型中选取24只,随机均等分为3组,分别植入活度为0、25.9、37.0 MBq 的125 I 粒子。分别检测瘤兔体重、肿瘤体积、血常规、肝肾功能变化,术后5周处死实验兔,观察移植瘤病理改变。结果两治疗组瘤兔体重减轻及肿瘤体积增加均较对照组慢(P <0.05),其中37.0 MBq组的肿瘤体积增加量较25.9 MBq 组小(P <0.05);两治疗组白细胞(WBC)值先升后降,各组治疗前后红细胞(RBC)及血红蛋白(Hb)无明显变化;2周时两治疗组瘤兔谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及谷草转氨酶(AST)明显降低(P <0.05);4周时37.0 MBq 组较25.9 MBq125 I 数值下降更明显( P <0.05);两治疗组肿瘤坏死增加,37.0 MBq 组坏死更加明显。结论不同活度125 I 粒子植入均可抑制肿瘤的生长,促使肿瘤细胞坏死;125 I 粒子植入对机体损伤小;37.0 MBq125 I 粒子组作用优于25.9 MBq125 I 粒子组。

The study of different activity 125 I seeds implantation to therapy rabbit liver VX2 tumor
Abstract:Objective To investigate and compare the inhibitions to liver tumors and injuries to the organism of dif-ferent activity 125 I seeds implantation. Methods Chose 24 from 36 New Zealand white rabbits VX2 liver tumor models,divided them evenly into 3 groups,implanted 0 MBq dummy seeds(control group),25. 9 MBq 125 I seeds (25. 9 MBq 125 I group)and 37. 0 MBq 125 I seeds(37. 0 MBq 125 I group)into tumors. Measured the rabbits weight,tumor volume,blood routine,hepatic and renal function,and killed the rabbits after 5 weeks to observe pathological changes. Results The rabbits′ weight decreasing and volume increasing of treatment groups was slower than control group(P < 0. 05). 37. 0 MBq group is more obvious in the 25. 9 MBq group in tumor volume increasing (P < 0. 05);The rabbits′ WBC of two treatment group elevated and then decreased,the RBC and Hb of the three groups had no obvious change before and after the treatment;at 2 weeks,the tumor rabbits′ ALT and AST of two treatment groups were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0. 05);at 4 weeks,37. 0 MBq group decrease more obviously than the 25. 9 MBq group(P < 0. 05). Two treatment groups increased tumor necrosis,and the change of 37. 0 MBq group was more obvious. Conclusion Different activity 125 I seeds can make the tumor cell necrosis,inhibit tumor growth;the injuries to the organismof 125 I seeds implantation therapy is small;37. 0 MBq group is better than 25. 9 MBq group.
