| 摘 要： | 经直肠超声前列腺活检是主要确诊前列腺癌的方法,随着其广泛普及,也出现一些问题,主要是活检点数、次数及部位存在差异.本文从各种穿刺点数、重复活检、前列腺体积大小与活检、癌前病变活检等方面进行总结,试图找出一些规律.

| Abstract: | Prostate biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound is the main method for final diagnosis of prostate cancer. As it has been widely used, some questions also emerged. This article summarized kinds of biopsy cores, repeat biopsy, influence of prostate volume and biopsy of lesion precancerous in order to find some rules. |
