老年人磨牙根纵裂的X线检查分析

目的:通过63例病例的X线分析,探讨牙根纵裂的原因和预防方法。方法:对63例牙根纵裂的患者,通过临床检查、X线检查、进行咬合创伤的分析。结果:X线显示牙根纵裂的牙齿,个别根周出现牙槽骨破坏吸收性阴影,病变部位牙槽骨高度降低或呈楔形吸收,根管腔增宽或出现明显的根纵裂片移位,牙齿向病变方向倾斜。结论:较大的咬合力及有害应力长期集中在患牙的近中部位,是牙根纵裂发病的重要因素之一。

X-ray analysls of 63 cases with vertical root fracture of molar in the aged

Objective: To study the causes of vertical root fracture and the prevention methods. Methods: The dental, periodontal, and X-ray of the teeth with vertical root fracture were studied in 63 cases of aged patients. Results: X-ray diagnosis showed translucency of alveolar bone around some molars with vertical root fracture. Decrease of alveolar bone height or wedge shape absorption was found in diseased region. Widening of root canal or displacement of fractured root occurred. The molar inclined to the fractured side. Conclusion: Occlusal trauma and long term stress concentration are the main causes of vertical root fracture. X-ray examination was helpful to diagnosis.
