摘    要:干细胞一直是国内外医学研究的热点,尤其在再生医学领域。间充质干细胞作为应用较广泛的干细胞,通过近年来的研究,其分泌的细胞外基质已经可以被有效获取,它对细胞的增殖、生长以及定向分化有相应的促进作用,具有供体来源丰富、可防止病原传染、减少自身免疫反应等优势,是组织工程学研究的理想生物材料。本文就间充质干细胞来源的脱细胞基质的概念、成分、获取方法、研究进展及应用前景作一综述。

Abstract:Stem cells have been a hotspot of medical research at home and abroad,especially in the field of regenerative medicine.As one of the most widely used stem cells,mesenchymal stem cell derived extracellular matrix(MSC-ECM)has been successfully isolated and proved to be effective in cell proliferation,development and orientated differentiation and so on through recent research.Furthermore,because of its rich resources,preventing pathogen transmission and reducing autoimmunity,MSC-ECM is considered to be an ideal biological material for tissue engineering.This comprehensive review mainly focused on concept,ingredient,the acquisition methods,research progress and application prospect of mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular matrix.
