石河子市3~5岁学龄前儿童龋病流行病学调查分析

摘    要:目的了解石河子市3~5岁学龄前儿童龋病流行状况,为预防儿童龋病提供依据。方法利用PPS抽样调查方法,抽取3所幼儿园3~5岁年龄组,每年龄组男女各18人,进行基本信息及牙冠部口腔检查等专业项目调查,结果进行统计分析。结果抽样幼儿园儿童总患龋率63.89%,三个幼儿园儿童患龋率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.465,P=0.292),私立幼儿园龋均高于公立幼儿园;三个年龄组患龋率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.020,P=0.049),患龋率和龋均随着年龄的增加而有所升高;男童和女童患龋率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.013,P=0.908),龋均女童高于男童。结论石河子市抽样儿童龋病分布受教育环境影响不大,总患龋率高,患龋年龄低且严重,应提高家长及政府对早期乳牙的关注。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence of caries in preschool children aged 3-5 in Shihezi city,and to provide evidence for the prevention of caries in children.Methods By means of PPS sampling method,children aged 3-5 from three kindergartens were selected,and 18 males and 18 females in each age group were selected for the investigation of basic information,dental examination and other professional items,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The total caries rate of the sampled kindergarten children was 63.89%,and there was no statistically significant difference in caries rate among the three kindergartens(χ^2=2.465,P=0.292).All private kindergartens had higher caries rate than public kindergartens.There were statistically significant differences in caries incidence among the three age groups(χ^2=6.020,P=0.049).Both caries incidence and caries increased with age.There was no statistically significant difference in caries rate between boys and girls(χ^2=0.013,P=0.908).Caries were higher in girls than in boys.Conclusion The caries distribution of the sampled children in Shihezi city is not affected by the educational environment,and the total caries incidence is high,the age is low and the situation is serious.Therefore,the concerns on early deciduous teeth from parents and government should be risen.
