脐带缠绕对分娩方式和围生儿结局的影响

目的：探讨脐带缠绕对分娩方式和围生儿结局的影响。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年1～3月139例产前诊断为脐带绕颈的孕妇,并分析脐带缠绕对分娩方式和围生儿结局的影响。结果：脐带绕颈仍以自然分娩占大多数。随着脐带绕颈周数增多,新生儿窒息发生率也增高。结论：脐带缠绕不是剖宫产的指征,应严密监测产程,一旦发现胎儿窘迫,立即终止妊娠。

Effect of cord round the neck on delivery methods and perinatal outcomes

Objective： To explore the effect of cord round the neck on delivery methods and perinatal outcomes.Methods： 139 cases of pregnant women from January to March in 2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,and the effect of cord round the neck on mode of delivery and perinatal outcome were analyzed.Results： Natural labor was still the main delivery mode of cord round the neck.With the weeks of cord round the neck increased,cesarean section rate increased,increased incidence of neonatal asphyxia.Conclusion： The cord round the neck is not an indication to cesarean section,close monitoring of the delivery process,once we catch the fetal distress,we should terminate pregnancy immediately.
