| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自制输尿管支架管在小儿肾孟成形术中的应用。方法：在12例离断性肾孟成形术中留置自制的输尿管支架管，结果与结论：自制的输尿管支架管可起支架及引流尿液的作用，效果良好。12例患儿术后恢复顺利．6例复查IVU，吻合口无狭窄。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application of self-made ureteral catheter in pyeloplasty of children.Method:Apply self-made ureteral catheter in 12 cases of dismembered pyrloplasty.Results and Conclusion:Self-made ureteral catheter had the functions of stent and drainage, the effect is ideal.12 cases recovered successfully,6 cases were examined IVU,there has no stricture at anastomosis. |
