1048例儿童烧伤原因分析及预防对策

目的 通过对1048例14岁以下儿童烧伤原因分析，提出儿童烧伤的预防对策。方法 从1048例烧伤儿童的病例资料中，按年龄组成，烧伤类型，城乡分布、收治季节等进行详细的分析总结。结果 烧伤患儿中以1～4岁年龄组儿童最多．其中农村儿童占多数，电烧伤随年龄的增长明显增多，家庭生活中的烫伤依然是儿童烧伤的主要原因。结论 儿童烧伤具有可预防性，提高安全意识．加强儿童管教．改善生活条件能有效预防儿童烧伤的发生。

Cause analysis and preventive countermeasure of 1048 children with burns

Objective To bring forward preventive countermeasure for children with burns through cause analysis of 1 048 children under 14 years old with burns. Methods A summary of detailed analysis was made in terms of ages, types of burns, birthplace and season of hospitalization from the data of 1 048 children with burns. Results Most children with burns were aged 1~4 years old. Among them, rural children took up most in number. Burns by electricity were proportional to ages. Scald in family life was still the main cause of children burns. Conclusion Children burns can be prevented effectively by raising consciousness of safety, enhancing safety education on children and improving living conditions.
