| 摘 要： | 目的总结牙种植同期使用Bio-Gide与Bio-Oss引导骨再生的临床经验。方法选择28例骨量不足的病例、在牙种植体周围骨缺损区植入Bio-Oss骨粉和覆盖Bio-Gide胶原膜引导骨再生，术后定期观察，对新骨生长情况进行临床和X线的观察分析。结果28例38枚牙种植术同期使用了Bio-Oss和Bio-Gide，除1例1枚种植体因感染脱落外，其余27例骨缺损修复满意。37枚牙种植体骨性融合良好，并顺利完成种植义齿修复，随访15个月至4年，无种植体松动，种植义齿功能良好。结论Bio-Gide胶原膜与Bio-Oss骨粉联合应用于牙种植术中，有良好的引导骨再生作用。
