| 摘 要： | 目的通过宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）对阴道镜活检诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）的准确性进行评估。方法回顾性分析阴道镜下活检诊断为CIN，并于短期内行宫颈环切术（LEEP）的108例患者资料。采用自身对照法，对比研究阴道镜下活检和最终病理结果。结果LEEP后病理结果与阴道镜下活检相符69例，升级24例，降级15例。阴道镜下检查不满意者活检与电环切除术后病理对比，升级率大于阴道镜下检查满意者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论LEEP术是明确诊断和治疗CIN的有效而理想的方法，阴道镜活检有一定局限性。
