中药预防草酸钙尿路结石复发对照观察

[目的]观察草酸钙尿路结石采用中药预防复发疗效。[方法]选择我院2010年2月至2012年2月收治的100例草酸钙尿路结石患者,分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施常规治疗,治疗组采取中药对结石复发进行防控。治疗60d,随访6个月判定疗效。[结果]治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组尿液指标尿草酸、尿酸、尿钙值水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]草酸钙尿路结石采用中药辨证加减应用,可显著提高临床效果,降低疾病复发率,改善临床症状,提高患者生存质量。

Chinese Medicine to Prevent Calcium Oxalate Urolithiasis Recurrence Control Observation

[Objective] To observe the calcium oxalate urolithiasis recurrence prevention effect of using traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods] To our hospital from 2010 February to 2012 February treated 100 cases of calcium oxalate urolithiasis patients,divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,treatment group take the medicines on stone recurrence for prevention and control.Treatment of 60d,followed up for 6 months to determine efficacy[.Results] The effective rate of the treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05),the recurrent rate in the treatment group than those in control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group urine urinary oxalate,uric acid index,urinary calcium levels were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Calcium oxalate urolithiasis using traditional Chinese medicine dialectical addition and subtraction application,can significantly improve the clinical effect,reduce the risk of disease recurrence rate,improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life of patients.
