蚕参健脾颗粒质量标准的研究

摘    要:目的:建立蚕参健脾颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对蚕参健脾颗粒中的黄芪、陈皮、甘草进行定性鉴别;以总氮量检查蚕蛹提取物;用 HPLC法测定该颗粒中的橙皮苷(hesperidin)含量。结果:薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于识别;HPLC法精密度、重现性良好,橙皮苷进样量在0.1018~1.2216μg内呈线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率100.41%(n=5),RSD=1.36%。结论:本法可有效地控制蚕参健脾颗粒的质量。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Canshen Jianpi granule. Method; The Astragalus L. , Ligus-trum lucidum Ait, Pericarpium citri reticulatae in this medicine were identified by TLC. The extract of silkworm chrysalis was checked by the total nitrogen amount. The content of hesperidin in this granules was determined by HPLC. Result: The spots in the TLC were clear and to be distingusihed well. The linear range was within 0.1018-1. 2216 ?g( r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery was 99.86% , and the RSD was 0.8%. Conclusion: this method can be used for quality control of Canshen Jianpi granule.
