MTS1/p16基因产物在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义

为研究p16蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与非小细胞肺癌发生发展的关系,应用SP法对52例非小细胞肺癌石蜡标本进行p16蛋白的检测。结果发现44例(84.6％)p16蛋白表达阳性,p16蛋白在良、恶性细胞中均有表达,肿瘤细胞中p16表达呈现异质性;各肿瘤类型中鳞癌和大细胞癌阳性率高于腺癌,但无显著差异,高分化腺癌阳性率高于低分化腺癌(户<0.05);伴淋巴结转移者阳性率低于非转移者(P<0.01),且p16蛋白表达阳性率与肿瘤大小相关。表明p16基因表达缺失参予了非小细胞肺癌的发生发展过程,且与肿瘤分化、转移有关。

Expression of p16 protein in non small cell lung cancer

To study p!6 protein expression and its relationship with the carcinogenesis and advancement of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). p!6 protein was detected by immunohistochemical study in 52 primary NSCLC. Results showed expression of p!6 was revealed in 44 samples. The expression levels of p!6 was lower in poorly-differentiated adenocarcinomas compared with those in well-differentiated adenocarcinomas (P < 0.05), 8 samples (15.4%) were negatively stained, including 7 cases with lymphnode metastasis. Besides these, the expression rate of p!6 was negatively correlated with the size of tumor and the number of lymph-nodes metastases. Results suggested that the inactivation of p!6 was involved in the carcinogenesis and advancement of NSCLC and implicated in tumor differentiation and metastasis.
