| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童肾移植手术的配合与管理对策。方法对18例患儿肾移植术中配合管理进行回顾性分析。结果运用心理情感支持作为护理干预的手段,减轻了患儿的紧张、焦虑情绪。15例术中生命体征稳定,血压维持120～150/60～90mmHg,脉搏70～110次/min,呼吸20～26次/min,本组术中无1例出现体温过低。结论充分做好术前准备,熟悉手术及用药配合,术中维持患儿生命体征稳定是小儿肾移植成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the appropriate intraoperative cooperation and management of pediatric renal transplantation. Methods Informations about intraoperative cooperation and management were obtained by studying the records of 18 cases of pediatric renal transplantation retrospectively. Results The tensions and anxieties of the sick children were relieved by effective psychological nursing intervention. The vital signs of 15 cases were stable. None of these cases suffered from hypothermia. Conclusions The effective preoperative preparation, smoothly operative cooperation and stable vital signs are the key points in the pediatric renal transplantation. |
