| 摘 要： | 目的:建立奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊含量及有关物质的质量控制方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊含量及有关物质的含量。结果:8.16μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8;平均回收率为99.51%,RSD=0.16%。结论:该方法准确、重现性好、简便、易行,可用于质量控制。
