胰腺损伤16例诊治体会

目的：探讨胰腺损伤时提高诊断和治疗对降低并发症和死亡率的影响。方法：总结1995年至2001年16例胰腺损伤的资料，分析胰腺损伤的诊断和治疗。结果：治愈15例，死亡1例。发生胰瘘3例，假性胰腺囊肿1例。结论：闭合性胰腺损伤缺乏典型的特征性，应及时进行吾4腹探查，正确判定胰腺损伤的部位、程度和范围并合理选择其术式。术后引流、禁食；抑制胰酶分泌，营养支持等综合治疗有利于防治并发症。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Sixteen Cases with Pancreatic Gland Damage

Objective:To discuss the influence of enhancing diagnosis and treatments of the pancreatic gland damage on reducing the complication and the mortality rate.Method:Sixteen example of pancreatic gland damage from 1995 to 2001 were summarized.Diagnosis and treatments of them were analyzed.Result:Fifteen examples were cured,1 example died.There were 3 example with pancreatic fistula,1 example with pseudo pancreatic gland cyst.Conclusion:The closed pancreatic gland damage lacks to the typical character.Exploratory laparotomy should be done immediately.Judging the spot,degree and scope of the damage correctly is closely relevant to select the right type of operation.
