电针促进剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复临床观察

目的 观察电针刺激特定腧穴对剖宫产术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法 将60例剖宫产术后患者随机分为电针组29例和对照组31例。对照组予以术后常规治疗，电针组在对照组基础上电针双侧足三里、上巨虚治疗。电针组每日治疗两次，连续治疗3 d。观察并记录两组患者首次肠鸣音出现时间，肠鸣音恢复时间，首次排气、排便时间，并比较两组患者术前、术后第1天、术后第4天清晨血管活性肠肽（vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP）水平变化。结果 电针组患者肠鸣音首次出现时间，肠鸣音恢复正常时间，首次排气、排便时间较对照组明显缩短（P＜0.05）。电针组患者术后4 d血浆VIP水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 电针足三里、上巨虚能够有效促进剖宫产术后患者胃肠功能恢复。

Clinical Effect of Electroacupuncture in Promoting the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function After Cesarean Section

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture stimulation at specific acupoints on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group with 29 patients and control group with 31 patients. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment after surgery, and those in the electroacupuncture group were given electroacupuncture at Zusanli and Shangjuxu acupoints at both sides in addition to the treatment in the control group. The electroacupuncture group was treated twice a day for 3 consecutive days. Time to first bowel sound, time to the recovery of bowel sound, and time to first flatus and first defecation were recorded, and the two groups were compared in terms of the levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in the morning before surgery and on days 1 and 4 after surgery. Results Compared with the control group, the electroacupuncture group had significant shorter time to first bowel sound, time to the recovery of bowel sound, and time to first flatus and first defecation (P<0.05). On day 4 after surgery, the electroacupuncture group had a significantly lower plasma level of VIP than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Zusanli and Shangjuxu acupoints can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.
