经椎间孔椎体间融合术联合加味补中益气汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的 观察经椎间孔椎体间融合术（transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion，TLIF）联合补中益气汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法 将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组30例。对照组患者接受TLIF治疗，治疗组患者在对照组的基础上服用补中益气汤治疗，治疗前及治疗1周末、1个月末、3个月末，采用视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue score，VAS）评价下肢疼痛程度，采用日本骨科协会（Japanese Orthopaedic Association，JOA）量表评价腰椎疼痛程度。结果 治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗1周末、1个月末和3个月末，两组VAS评分和JOA评分较治疗前均显著改善（P<0.05），且治疗组在各观察点VAS评分和JOA评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 与单纯TLIF治疗相比，腰椎后路TLIF联合补中益气汤能明显缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状。

Clinical Effect of Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion Combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in Treatment of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received TLIF alone, and those in the treatment group were given oral Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group. Before treatment and at the end of 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months of treatment, visual analogue score (VAS) was used to evaluate the degree of pain in the lower extremities and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scale was used to evaluate the degree of pain in the lumbar vertebra. Results The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group (P<0.05). At the end of 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months of treatment, both groups had significant improvements in VAS and JOA scores (P<0.05), and the treatment group had significantly better scores than the control group at each time point (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with TLIF alone, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with posterior lumbar TLIF can significantly alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
