丽珠赛乐联合抚触按摩治疗中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病31例

摘    要:目的探讨丽珠赛乐联合抚触按摩治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(H IE)的疗效。方法将56例H IE分为2组,对照组25例给予常规综合治疗,治疗组31例在此基础上,给予丽珠赛乐和抚触按摩治疗,于3月、6月、12月龄时进行智能发育检测。结果治疗组预后明显优于对照组(2χ=4.7640,P<0.05),治疗组在出生后3月、6月、12月龄时发育商数值明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论应用丽珠赛乐联合抚触按摩治疗H IE可减少患儿神经系统后遗症的发生,明显改善患儿预后。目的探讨丽珠赛乐联合抚触按摩治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法将56例HIE分为2组,对照组25例给予常规综合治疗,治疗组31例在此基础上,给予丽珠赛乐和抚触按摩治疗,于3月、6月、12月龄时进行智能发育检测。结果治疗组预后明显优于对照组(χ2=4.7640,P<0.05),治疗组在出生后3月、6月、12月龄时发育商数值明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论应用丽珠赛乐联合抚触按摩治疗HIE可减少患儿神经系统后遗症的发生,明显改善患儿预后。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Lizhusaile combined with massage in treatment of neonatuses with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods Fifty-six cases of HIE were divided into two groups,25 cases in control group were performed with conventional combined therapy,on this basis,31 cases in treatment group were performed with Lizhusaile and massage.The intellectual development was detected when 3,6 and 12 months old.Results The prognosis of neonatuses in the treatment group was better obviously than that in the control group,The developmental quotient in the treatment group was higher than the control group when 3,6 and 12 months old(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Lizhusaile combined with massage in treatment of neonatuses with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can decrease the sequelae of nervous system and improve the prognosis obviously.
