摘    要:目的观察应用高速涡轮机拔牙法拔除下颌阻生智齿的临床疗效。方法对2004年8月至2008年4月大连大学附属中山医院口腔科收治的238例下颌阻生的智齿患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,分别采用高速涡轮机拔除法与骨凿法进行拔除。观察两组术后并发症发生情况,并进行统计学分析。结果高速涡轮机法与骨凿法拔牙术后各并发症的发生差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),高速涡轮机拔牙法并发症的发生要明显低于骨凿法。结论应用高速涡轮机拔牙法拔除下颌阻生智齿,能降低患者术后并发症的发生率,认为高速涡轮机拔牙法的临床效果要优于传统骨凿法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of high-speed air turbine in extraction of impacted mandibular third molar,and compare with the traditional osteotome method. Methods A total of 238 impacted mandibular third molars included in this study were randomly assigned to two groups: the experimental group and the control group, to which the high-speed turbine method and traditional method were applied respectively. The complicationswith these two methods were observed and then statistics analyses were carried out. Results Various complications occurrence between the high speed turbine method and the traditional method had significantdifference(P < 0.05). The complication occurrence of the high speed turbine method was lower than the traditional osteotome method. Conclusion The high-speed turbine method can reduce the occurrence of complications during the extraction of wisdom teeth,so it is thought that the high-speed turbine method surpass the traditional osteotome method.
