螺旋CT血管造影在动脉瘤诊断中的临床应用和价值

摘    要:目的]探讨螺旋CT血管造影在动脉瘤诊断中的临床应用和价值。方法]21例经手术证实的动脉瘤患者进行了SCTA检查,成像技术为遮盖法(SSD)和最大强度法(MIP),其中7例同时做了血管造影检查。结果]21例动脉瘤患者术前均准确定性、定位、与手术结果完全一致。结论]SCTA作为一种无创性血管成像方法,在诊断动脉瘤方面,具有分辨率高,快速、准确、经济等优点,SSD较MIP能提供更多的信息,基本取代了传统的血管造影。

Abstract:ObjectiveExplore the clinical application and value of spiral CT angiography in diagnosing aneurysm. Method 21 cases of proved aneurysm patients are examined with SCTA, the image technology of SSD and MIP, among which, 7 are made angiography. Result The pre-operation, nature-definition and position-definition are in accordance with post-operation for the 21 cases aneurysm patients. Conclusion As a non-trauma angiography, SCTA has good points of high differentiation rate, high speed, correctness and economy in diagnosing aneurysm, SSD can offer more information than MIP, and basically replacing the traditional angiography.
