益肾活血颗粒对中老年高血压病患者生活质量的影响评价

目的 :观察益肾活血颗粒对中老年高血压病患者生活质量的影响 ,为中药疗效评价提供新的思路与方法。方法 :采用TestaMA生活质量量表 ,选择 80例肾虚血瘀型中老年高血压病患者 ,4 0例予益肾活血颗粒治疗 ,4 0例予卡托普利做阳性对照 ,分别对其进行生活质量评价。结果 :治疗组治疗前后在生理症状、躯体化症状、性功能失调、睡眠状况、活力、焦虑、工作状态、认知能力等方面均有明显改善。多项指标优于对照组。结论 :益肾活血颗粒能明显改善高血压病患者的生活质量。为中医药治疗高血压病及全面评价中药疗效提供了可行的思路与方法

STUDY OF YISHEN HUOXUE GRANULE ON QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH SENILE HYPERTENSION

Objective: To evaluate influence of Yishen Huoxue granule to the quality of life (QoL) of patients with senile hypertension so as to give a new idea and method in evaluating the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Eighty cases of senile hypertension belonged to the syndrome of deficiency of kidney and stagnation of blood were observed.Forty cases were treated by Yishen Huoxue granule and 40 cases by Captopril.All cases have been made assessments of QoL.Results:The clinical study showed that Yishen Huoxue granule can evidently improve physical symptoms,body symptoms,sexual dysfunction,sleep dysfunction,energy,psychological state,work state and cognitive function in senile patients with hypertension.Its effect on QoL is better than control group.Conclusion: Yishen Huoxue granule can evidently improve QoL in senile patients with hypertension.This study give a new idea and method in treating senile hypertension and evaluating the curative effect of anti-hypertensive medication in traditional Chinese medicine.
