| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨留置胃管间断洗胃救治重度有机磷农药中毒的临床应用价值。方法：128例急性重症有机磷农药中毒患者分为两组，留置胃管组和对照组，进行对比研究。结果：留置胃管组患者的阿托品中毒率和农药中毒反跳率均低于对照组，差异具有显著性统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：留置胃管间断洗胃能排除有机磷农药中毒患者体内的残留农药，减少毒素的再吸收，有助于提高救治率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of intermittent gastric lavage in the treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods:64cases(the group of gastric lavage) of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were treated by routine regimen and intermittent gastric lavage.The results were compared with another 64 cases(the control group) treated only by routine regimen. Results: The incidence rates of atropine poisoning and recurrence of pesticide poisoning were significantly lower in patients of gastric lavage group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of gastric lavage intermittently by gastric intubation can exclude the residued organophosphorus pesticide in the body,decrease the reabsortion of the poison and increase the rescured rate. |
