摘    要:目的探讨脑卒中住院患者的各型构成比。方法采用英国苏格兰脑卒中登记法、CT分型和英国牛津郡社区脑卒中项目分型法,对住院的159例脑出血和247例脑梗死患者进行前瞻性的登记和分型。结果脑梗死组完全前循环梗死9.7%,部分前循环梗死37.3%,后循环梗死3.2%,腔隙性梗死49.8%。脑出血组壳核出血60.4%,丘脑出血27.0%,脑叶出血5.7%,小脑出血2.5%,脑于出血3.1%,脑室出血1.3%。结论前循环梗死病冽约占脑梗死住院患者的50%,腔隙性梗死所占比例最大。脑出血部位以壳核及丘脑最为多见,其他依次为脑叶、脑干、小脑、脑室。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the constituent ratio of neurology hospitalized patients with stroke of various types. Methods Registration of the Lothian stroke register, CT classification and Oxfordshire community stroke project (OCSP) classification methods were used in 159 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 247 cases of cerebral infarction patients. Results OCSP constituent ratios of various types of cerebral infarction were 9.7% for total anterior circulation infarction patients, 37.3% for partiM anterior circulation infarction patients, 3.2% for posterior circulation infarcts patients, and 49.8% for lacunar infarction (LACI) patients. Cerebral hemor- rhage CT typing for putaminal hemorrhage was 60.4%, thalamic hemorrhage was 27.0%, cerebral lobes (subcortical) hemorrhage was 5.7%, cerebellar hemorrhage was 2.5%, brain stem hemor- rhage was 3.1% and intraventricular hemorrhage was 1.3%. Conclusion Anterior circulation infarction accounts for half of the patients and LACI accounts for most of the patients in this investigation. The most common parts of cerebrM hemorrhage were in pntamen and thalaznus, followed successively by other cerebral lobes, the brain stem, cerebellum, brain and other parts of interior. Caring out the expanded sample registration and follow-up study are necessary.
