黄芪内生真菌发酵液中有效成分的初步研究

目的:对黄芪内生真菌发酵液进行成分研究。方法:将分离得到的黄芪内生真菌28株,按优化的发酵条件发酵培养8天,滤除菌体,得发酵液。对发酵液不同方法分别处理后,进行黄芪皂苷类、黄芪多糖类和黄芪黄酮类成分检测研究。结果:黄芪皂苷类成分检测中Salkowski反应、TLC检测、HPLC检测都没有阳性结果;黄芪黄酮类成分检测,颜色反应也不明显;黄芪多糖类检测为阴性结果。结论:单一黄芪内生真菌发菌液中没有检测到黄芪有效成分。

Preliminary Studies On Active Constituent In Endogenous Fungal Fermented Liquid Of Radix Astragali

Objective： To research on the composition of fermented liquor from endophytic fungi of Mongolia astragalus root. Methods ： Get the fermented liquid, use the 28 strains were separated, according to the optimized conditions of fer- mentation, culture eight days, filter out bacteria. Deal with different methods to fermented liquid, then detecting the kinds of astragalside, astragalus polysaccharides and astragalus flavonoids. Results ： Detecting the astragalside, Salkowski reaction, TLC and HPLC detection are negative results. Detecting the astragalus polysaccharides color reaction also not obvious. Detecting the astragalus polysaccharides the result is negative. Conclusions： The fermented liquid from sin- gle astragalus endophytic fungi, havent been found the effective components.
