肝达康对DMN致肝损伤大鼠血清透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原、层粘连蛋白及肝组织羟脯氨酸水平的影响

摘    要:目的:观察肝达康对肝损伤大鼠血清透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原、层粘连蛋白及肝组织羟脯氨酸水平的影响。方法:55只Wistar大鼠,除空白对照组10只外,其余45只用1%DMN腹腔注射建立肝损伤大鼠模型,并同时分别给予药物或生理盐水灌胃,于第4周末处死全部大鼠,留取血清。观察肝达康对DMN肝损伤模型大鼠血清HA、PCⅢ、LN和肝组织Hyp含量的影响。结果:与正常对照组比,肝损伤模型组大鼠血清HA、PCⅢ、LN和肝组织Hyp含量均明显升高。经肝达康治疗后,上述指标的含量均明显降低。结论:肝达康能降低DMN致肝损伤模型大鼠血清透明质酸、Ш型前胶原、层粘连蛋白及肝组织羟脯氨酸水平。

Abstract:Objective :To study the influence of GDK on Contents of HA, PCIII, LN and HYP in hepatic injury rats in- duced by DMN. Methods : Fifty - five Wistar rats excluding ten rats in blank control group, and the other rats were injec- ted DMN to establish hepatic injury model rats. At the same time, all rats were given drugs or distilled water. Blood sam- ples were obtained at the end of the 4th week. The contents of HA, PCIII, LN in serum and HYP in liver were deter- mined. Results:Contents of HA, PCIII, LN in serum and HYP in liver of model rats were increased markedly as com- pared with the blank group. After the therapy of GDK, contents of HA, PCIII, LN and HYP in GDK group decreased. Conclusion : GDK can decrease the contents of HA, PCIII, LN in serum and HYP in liver of hepatic injury rats Induced by DMN.
