北五味子藤茎中挥发油提取工艺的优化研究

摘    要:为筛选北五味子中挥发油提取的最佳工艺。以浸泡时间、提取时间、加水量及超声时间为因子,设计L9(34)的正交试验,利用SPSS13.0进行了方差分析。确立了在加水量210mL,浸泡1h,提取4h,超声辅助提取1.5h最佳条件组合。该工艺具有生产周期短,生产成本低并且操作简单,得油率高等优点,极具有推广价值。

Abstract:The paper was to study the optimal extraction technique of volatile oil from schisandra chinensis. L9 ( 3 ) 4 orthogonal experiment was used for the optimization procedure, with the soak time, extracting time, dose of water and ul- trasound time as the independent factor. SPSSI 3.0 was used for variance analysis. Under the optimum conditions, the water 210ml, doused l h, extracting 4h and ultrasound 1.5h. The advantages of production are short cycle, low cost, simple operation, high rate of oil and broad application prospect.
