附子理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡机制的研究

摘    要:目的:运用现代科技手段研究附子理中汤对脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的防治作用并探讨其确切作用机制。方法:采用饮食失节与改良Okabe法制备脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡动物模型,术后连续灌胃给药7天,测定血清及胃粘膜中SOD、MDA水平(放免法);测量溃疡面积并以此作为溃疡指数。结果:附子理中汤可显著降低脾胃虚寒型大鼠溃疡指数(P0.01),并能显著提高血清中SOD含量(P0.01)。结论:附子理中汤对饮食失节与改良的Okabe法所致的胃溃疡有明显的促进愈合作用,其作用机制可能是附子理中汤提高胃黏膜SOD活性,降低了过氧化脂质代谢产物MDA含量,以增强胃黏膜防御能力,促进胃黏膜修复来实现的。

Abstract:Objective:To study Fuzi Lizhong decoction in prevention and treatment of spleen -stomach deficiency cold type of gastric ulcer and to explore its exact mechanism of action with modern scientific and technological methods. Meth- ods : Gastric ulcer was induced by the food disloyal and glacial acetic acid method. Drugs were chronically administered to animals for seven days after their operation, then we determinated the content of SOD, MDA of serum and gastric mucosa and Ulcer area as the Ulcer index. Resuhs:Fuzi Lizhong decation significantly lower the Ulcer index and increased the content of SOD,MDA of serum and gastric mucosa(P 〈 0. 01 ). Conelusion:Fuzi Lizhong decoction significantly pro- motes gastric ulcer healing. The mechanism is that it enhance sgastric mucosal defense capability and promotes gastric mucosa repair.
