综合干预措施对类风湿关节炎患者生存质量的影响

目的:比较在非甾体消炎镇痛药和甲氨蝶呤基础上,应用中药内服、外敷兼康复训练对类风湿关节炎(RA)病人生存质量变化的影响,旨在科学评价RA治疗方案中综合干预措施的可行性和必要性。方法:80例病例来源于随机对照临床试验,以RA生活质量量表作为本研究测量的工具。结果:综合干预组治疗RA总有效率为91.7%,优于西药对照组(P0.05);综合干预组治疗前后患者生理、心理、社会功能、健康自我认识分值较治疗前水平明显改善(P0.01),优于西药对照组(P0.05)。结论:综合干预措施治疗类风湿关节炎疗效佳,使RA患者有更高的生活质量。

Assessment of the Quality of Life in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis Receiving Characteristic Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective：To assess the quality of life （QoL） in rheumatoid arthritis （RA） patients with 3 -month character- istic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） plus NSAIDs （nonsteroidal anti - inflammatory drugs） and metho- trexate （MTX） for reducing deformity and disability, comparing with NSAIDs and MTX alone. Method：The research design was a randomized controlled trial. The questionnaire for assessment of QoL in RA patients was established and published. Results：The total effective rate of TCM treatment group was 91.7%, which exceeded remarkably compared with the control group（P 〈0.05）; After treatment of the TCM characteristic therapy, the physical, social, emotional function, self- recognized health status of RA patients improved significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the effects exceeded com- pared with that of control group（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is effec- tive for the patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the improvement of quality of life, and the effect is better than that of control group.
