| 摘 要： | 附子因其性大辛大热,易于动血耗阴,故而在血证治疗中有出血忌桂附之说,然而因附子具有温阳散寒、收纳潜阳、升举阳气的功能,所以在血证治疗,特别是在出血较缓时,附子仍是临床治疗血证的常用药物。

| Abstract: | The property of monkshood is pungent, sweet and hot. And the monkshood is hkely to cause bleeding and to loss Yin - fluid. So it is said that cinnamon and monkshood can＇ t be used in the treatment of bleeding diseases while it＇ s bleeding. But Monkshood has the effect of warming Yang to dispel cold, checking exuberance of yang and invigorating yangqi, So it is still commonly used in treating bleeding diseases specially when bleeding is slow. |
