| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MEBO应用在皮肤磨削术中修复创面的临床效果。方法:使用韩国产高速电动磨皮机,对不同部位皮肤表浅瘢痕进行磨削后,再应用MEBO湿润暴露疗法处理磨皮后的创面,观察创面愈合情况。结果:本组168例皮肤浅表性瘢痕患者其中108例,在通过皮肤磨削术后,应用MEBO湿润暴露处理磨皮后创面,术后创面愈合时间平均为10±2天,较传统干性疗法14±2天缩短3-5天,色素沉着较轻。结论:MEBO 应用在皮肤磨削术中,可使磨皮创面在生理性的湿润环境中愈合,达到无瘢痕化修复创面,明显减少创面愈合后色素沉着,效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds, after skin abrasion. Method： An electric skin abrader was used to smooth the superficial sears in different positions. The wounds were treated locally with MEBO. Result： 108 patients with superficial scars received abrasion and MEBO treatment. The average wound healing time was 10 ± 2 days, while the average wound healing of conventional treatment was 14 ± 2 days. MEBO treatment shortened wound healing time and lessened pigmentation. Conclusion： MEBO is efficacious in treating wounds after skin abrasion. It provides a physiological environment favorable to the healing of the wounds so that the wounds can be repaired with only slight pigmentation and no scar formation. |
