新生血管性青光眼患者眼内白介素-6和血管内皮生长因子的定量测定

目的定量测定新生血管性青光眼患者和白内障患者房水及玻璃体内血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)、白细胞介素6(interleukin6,IL6)的浓度,并分析其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法,分别测定32例新生血管性青光眼患者(分为两组,其中第Ⅱ组曾接受过全视网膜光凝治疗)、18例白内障患者(第Ⅲ组)的房水及玻璃体内VEGF、IL6浓度,所有患者标本均于手术中穿刺所得。结果第Ⅰ组房水及玻璃体内VEGF、IL6浓度明显高于其他两组,差异有显著性;而第Ⅱ组与第Ⅲ组相比,差异无显著性。结论眼内VEGF、IL6浓度增高在新生血管性青光眼的发生过程中起重要作用。

The quantitative measurement and clinical significance of VEGF and IL-6 in the aqueous humor and the vitreous of patients with neovascular glaucoma

Objective To quantitatively measure and analyze the clinical significance of VEGF and IL-6 in the aqueous humor and vitreous of patients with neovascular glaucoma and cataract.Methods Thirty-two cases of neovascular glaucoma were selected for the study. They included two groups: one group had not been treated with laser photocoagulation and a second group had received treatment. There was also a third group consisting of 18 cases with cataract. An enzyme-linked immunosobent assay (ELISA) was used to quantitatively analyze concentrations of VEGF and IL-6. All samples were obtained by puncturing the anterior chamber and vitreous during surgery.Results The concentrations of VEGF and IL-6 in the aqueous humor and vitreous in the first group were higher than those for the other two groups. There were significant differences among the three groups but there was no significant difference between the second and third groups.Conclusion Enhanced levels of intraocular VEGF and IL-6 were regarded as important in the progression of neovascular glaucoma.
