食管癌术后早期死亡原因分析

目的研究食管癌术后早期死亡原因,不断提高围手术期治愈率。方法回顾1984年1月至2003年12月,我科实施677例食管癌切除手术后, 2小时-7天内19例死亡原因分析。结果早期死亡率为2. 8%,其中呼吸衰竭死亡9例,吻合口瘘死亡4例,麻醉未复苏死亡2例,全身衰竭、胸内出血、气胸、不明死亡原因各一例。结论作者认为在本院食管癌术后早期死亡主要原因是肺部并发症和吻合口瘘,其他有多因素原因,也有单因素原因。

The Analysis of death in patients with esophageal cancer during the early postoperative period

Objection To improve the cure rate in perioperative through studying the reason of early death in patients with esophageal cancer during postoperative period. Method To review 677 cases with esophageal cancer after operation in our hospital form January. 1984 to December. 2003. We analysis the reason of death of 19 cases during two hours seven days after operation. Result The early death rate was 2. 8 percent. Of them, 9cases died of respiration failure, 4 cases died of stoma fistula ,2 cases died of non recuscitation after anesthesia . One case respectively died of failure of all the body .hemorrhage of pectoral cavity, pneumothorax and unclear reasons. Result The main reason of early death in patients with esophageal cancer during the postoperative period was complications of lung and stoma fistula. The other reasons were single and many factors.
