食管胃单层吻合加吻合口周围胃壁悬吊治疗食管癌贲门癌

目的：了为降低食管胃吻合术并发症的发生，我们采用了食管胃单层吻合加周围胃壁悬吊技术预防食管癌贲门癌手术并发症。方法：作者回顾分析近6年来312例食管癌、贲门癌患者的临床资料，手术方法我们采用食管胃单层缝合加吻合口周围胃壁悬吊技术来预防食道贲门癌手术病发症。结果：本组治愈311例，其中无吻合口瘘发生，吻合口狭窄5例，占1.6%(5/311)。经扩张治疗后痊愈。术后死亡1例，占0.3%(1/311)，术后11d死于肺部并发症。结论：食管胃单层吻合加周围胃壁悬吊技术操作简单，能有效防止食管胃吻合口瘘、狭窄等并发症的发生。

Single-layer suture with suspension of periphery tissue of esophago-gastriotomy in treatment of esophageal cancer or cardiac cancer

Objective: In order to manimise the surgical complications of esophago-gastrostomy in treatment of esophageal or cardiac cancer.Methods: The clinical deta of 312 patients with esophageal or cardiac cancer in recent six years was analized. We applied single-layer suture with suspension of periphery tissue in surgical treatment. Results: 311 patients in the group were cured. The complications were one patient with anastomotic fistula,(0.31%),four patients with anastomotic stenosis (1.6%) cured by expansion.One patient died from complication of lung in 11 days after operation.Conclusion: It was that the single-leyer suture with suspension of periphery tissue was simply in technical, effectively prevent from the anastomotic complications occuring.
