正交设计优选黄芪中黄芪甲苷提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选黄芪中黄芪甲苷的提取工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷的含量为指标,应用正交实验设计筛选黄芪的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为D3A2B3C2,即用7倍量的70%乙醇热回流提取3次,90min/次。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process for astranoside A in Cortex Phellodendri.Methods:To determine the content of astranoside A in extract solution by orthogonal design. Results:The optimum extracting condition was D_3A_2B_3C_2, that is, adding eight times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 90 min (totally extracting for 3 times).Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
