腺苷钴胺联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹性神经痛疗效观察

目的探讨腺苷钴胺联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。两组患者均口服阿昔洛韦0．2g，5次／d。治疗组加用腺苷钴胺肌注0．5mg，1次／d；对照组加用Vit B12肌注0．5mg，1次／d。两组均连续治疗7～21d。均于疗后1周、3周观察疗效。结果治疗后1周，治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为56．7％（17／30例）、43．3％（13／30例）；治疗后3周，治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90．0％（27／30例）、73．3％（22／30例）。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〉0．01）。结论腺苷钴胺联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹性神经痛安全、有效。

Clinical effect of cobamamide combined with acyclovir on neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster

Objective To observe the efficacy of eobamamide and acyclovir in the treatment of neuralgia in herpes zoster. Methods Sixty patients with neuralgia of herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups, all of them were treated orally with acyelovir 0.2g, 5 times/d. Control group were added with cobamamide 0.5 mg, im,qd,and treatment group with Vit B12 0.5mg,im,qd. The treatement was lasted for 1 week and 3 weeks. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 56.7%（17/13 cases） ,43.3%（13/30 cases） in 1 weeks and 90.0%（27/30 cases） ,73.3% （22/30 cases） in 3 weeks after the treatment respectively. There was statistical significant between the two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The treatment of neuralgia in herpes zoster with cobamamide and acyclovir is a safe and effective method.
