生长抑素与奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨生长抑素与奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎（AP）的临床疗效。方法将67例AP患者随机分成两组，治疗组35例，其中13例重症胰腺炎（SAP），给予生长抑素治疗。对照组32例，其中11例SAP，给予奥曲肽治疗。观察两组治疗效果及并发症。结果治疗组平均治愈天数为4．6d，转手术1例。对照组平均治愈天数为5．1d，转手术1例，胰源性肺损伤1例。治疗组与对照组疗效相近。结论生长抑素治疗AP与奥曲肽一样效果显著，使AP病程、住院时间缩短，并发症减少，转手术率、病死率降低。

Observation of the therapeutic effect of somatostatin and octreotide in treating acute pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate the curative effects of somatostatin and octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreastitis. Methods 67 cases of patients with acute pancreastitis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group（35 cases）,including 13 served acute pancrestitis（SAP） received somatostatin,and the contort group （32 cases） ,including 11 cases served acute pancreatitis（SAP） were treated by octreotide. The effects and syndrome of each group were observed after the treatment. Results Patients in the group of AP treated by somatostatin have completely recovered at average of 4.6 days, with one patient being followed by the treatment of operation. The patients in the octreotide have completly recovered at 5.1 days,with a patient being operated on,and one got hydrothorax. Both the treatment group and the contort group have closely same clinical therapy effect. Conclusion A stable effect can be attained through somatostatin and octreotide for treatment of acute pancereatitis. It can also shorten the time of treatment, reduce syndrome,cut down the death rate and increase the chance of taking operation.
