| 摘 要： | 2 0 0 0年 1～ 4月 ,仪征市在校园内连续发生 4起麻疹爆发 ,分布在 2个乡 (镇 )的 4所小学 ,总病例 16 3例 ,罹患率分别为 32 12 %、7 83%、6 6 1%、3 4 7% ,占全市 2 0 0 0年麻疹总病例数的 93 14 %。在疫点内采集现症病人血标本 2 2份 ,经省、市疾病预防控制中心麻疹实验室检测 ,麻疹特异性IgM抗体均为阳性。导致爆发的原因是基层不能早期诊断、及时报告疫情 ,虚高的麻疹疫苗 (MV)接种率 ,存在着免疫空白。

| Abstract: | From January to April in 2000,four measles outbreaks with 163 measles cases which covered 93.14% of total confirmed measles cases of the year had occurred in four elementary schools in two towns of Yizheng City,the prevalence rates were 32.13%?7.83%?6.61% and 3.47% respectively.22 serum samples collected from these cases were tested for Measles specific IgM by Jiangsu Provincial and Yangzhou City CDC laboratories.All the results were IgM positive.Delayed diagnosing and reporting,zero-immunization,false high vaccination rate and 30% children with immunization history uncertain were the causes that led to measles outbreaks. |
