湖北省2006年疟疾疫情分析

目的掌握湖北省2006年疟疾流行态势,找出防治工作重点,为制定科学的抗疟措施提供依据。方法统计2006年各县（市）发病率,分析比较疟疾疫情及疟疾流行的三间分布。结果2006年全省疫情报告1 753例,发病率为0.31万/,与2005年的1 518例比较上升15.48%。嗜人按蚊疟区18个县市,发病1 472例,占全省病例的83.97%；发病率为0.98/万,较2005年同期1 269例上升16.00%。中华按蚊疟区63个县市,共发病281例,占全省总数的16.03%,发病率为0.07万/,较2005年249例上升12.85%。结论湖北省疟疾疫情已降至历史最低水平,但疫情极不稳定。

Analysis of malaria epidemic in Hubei(2006)

Objective To understand the malaria epidemic in Hubei in 2006,find out the key points for malaria control,and provide data for taking anti-malaria measures.Methods The incidence and distribution in the counties in Hubei(2006) were collected,analyzed and compared.Results Totally 1 753 cases were reported in Hubei in 2006(incidence rate 0.31/10 000),increased by 15.48% as compared with that in 2005(1 518 cases reported).1 472 cases were from 18 counties with Anopheles anthropophagus,accounting for 83.97% of the total,(incidence rate 0.98/10 000).Compared with the same time in 2005(1 269 cases),the incidence increased by 16.00%.281 cases were from 63 counties with Anopheles hyrcanus sinensis,accounting for 16.03% of the total(incidence rate 0.07/10 000).Compared with the same time in 2005(249 cases),the incidence increased by 12.85%.Conclusion In Hubei,the epidemic situation of malaria has been at the lowest level,however,the situation is rather unstable.
