| 摘 要： | 目的:观察金黄膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组45例,治疗组45例。对照组口服秋水仙碱及别嘌醇片,治疗组在对照组药物基础上加用金黄膏外敷,两组均在治疗1周后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组在缓解肿胀程度、疼痛指数及压痛指数方面均优于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:金黄膏具有清热除湿、解毒消肿、散瘀止痛的功效,能更好地改善局部红肿热痛症状,使局部炎症更易于缓解或消散,从而使急性痛风性关节炎局部症状得到迅速改善。
