摘    要:本文论述了人肠道微生物对大丁草中三种香豆精甙类化合物的代谢产物研究。鉴定了其中两个主要代谢物的结构和代谢物随时间变化的情况。发现了一种香豆精的新型代谢方式。从而初步阐明这类化合物在体内发挥抑菌作用的原理。为今后更好地应用该植物及主要活性成分提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The metabolites of three coumarin glucosides (Ⅴ, Ⅷ and Ⅸ) by human intestinal bacteria in vitro is described. Two major metabolites (Ⅰ and Ⅱ) were isolated and identified, Ⅴ showed no antibacterial activities in vitro, but was active in vivo. The metabolites (Ⅰ and Ⅱ) of Ⅴ incubated with human intestinal bacteria also showed antibacterial activities. The results showed that the antibacterial activities of compounds Ⅴ, Ⅷ and Ⅸ are connected with the production of compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ. A new metabolic pathway of 4-hydroxycoumarin has been found.
