腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术术后并发症的防治

目的观察腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术术后并发症的防治策略。方法取2012年8月—2013年2月我院收治的90例腹股沟疝患者为本次研究对象,入选者均接受无张力修补手术,回顾性分析其临床资料并随即均分为对照组与实验组各45例,其中对照组按照常规流程实施手术,实验组则在术前以及术中采取完善的并发症防治策略,观察两组并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,实验组并发症发生率更低,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于腹股沟疝患者而言,临床应在术前对患者腹股沟区生理解剖结构有全面正确的认识,并做好充分准备,术中保持精细、规范化操作对于降低术后并发症发生率具有积极的临床意义;对于出现并发症的患者应采取及时有效的处治措施,促进患者早期恢复,以巩固治疗效果。

Prevention and treatment of complications of tension free mesh plug hernia repair in Tnguinal hernia after surgery

Objective To observe the inguinal hernia tension-free hernia repairpostoperative complications prevention strategies.Methods 2012 August -2013 years 90 cases of inguinal hernia were treated in our hospital since February as the object of this study, participants received no tension repairoperation, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and thendivided into control group and experimental group with 45 cases in each group, the control group according to the conventional process operation, the experimental group take the prevention and treatment of complications ofpreoperative and intraoperative complication rate,observe two groups.Results Compared with control group, the complication incidence of the experimental group were lower, with statistically significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with inguinal hernia, should be in the preoperative clinical anatomy is a comprehensive and correct understanding of the physiology of patients with inguinal area, and fully prepared, intraoperative keep fine, standardized operation for the incidence rate has positive clinical significance in reducing postoperative complications;take timely and effective treatment measures for complications should,promote early recovery of patients, in order to consolidate the treatment effect.
