新医改对农民就医现状的影响

目的进一步宣传新医改政策;访问并了解农民在新医改后的就医观改变,包括对自身健康的重视度及对医疗费用的看法。方法以自填式问卷调查的方式,通过面对面及邮件形式随机访问浙江省250名农民（年龄跨度为0-80岁,以20岁为年龄差分为四个阶段）、110名医护人员（分别就职于社区医院、城镇医院、市区医院）。资料统计时采用SPSS18.0软件分析结果。结果农民在新医改后就医重视度有了较大提升;而关于医疗费用改变,不同年龄层的看法不同。结论新医改政策实施后,全民普及。农民对＂看病难＂的认识有了根本上的改变,愈加重视自身健康;同时对＂看病贵＂问题的看法,主要取决于年龄层即收入状况,说明新医改惠民政策还需进一步改进。

The New Medical Reform Impact on Farmers Medical Status

Objective To further publicize the New Medical Reform. To interview and learn the change of farmers＇ medical view after the New Medical Reform, including attention to their health and view on health care costs. Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey, through e-mail and face-to-face, was conducted among 250 farmers age 0-80 years old, the age difference is divided into four stages with 20） and 110 medical workers（respectively in community hospitals, hospital town, city） of Zhejiang Province randomly. Data was analyzed by SPSS18.0 software. Results The farmers＇ medical attention after the new reform had a larger ascension. As for the change of medical fee, people in different age groups had different view. Conclusion The New Medical Reform was universally covered after it carried out. Farmers have fundamentally changed the understanding of ＂difficult＂ and pay more attention to themselves＇ health. At the same time, the opinions about ＂expensive＂ depends on the age or income, which means the New Medical Reform needs further improvement.
