| 摘 要： | 本文应用宫缩定量以及血镁浓度、产程时间、血压、产后出血量等指标,观察了9例产程开始后的妊高征患者静滴硫酸镁前后的自身宫缩变化情况.结果表明:在血镁达到妊高征治疗所需浓度的情况下,患者用药前后的宫缩张力、强度、持续时间、频率均无明显变化,且患者的产程亦正常,产后出血量也未增加.提示,对足月妊娠自然临产、产程正常的妊高征患者,产程中应用适量的硫酸镁是安全的。

| Abstract: | The effect of magnesium sulfate on uterine contractility was observed on 9 patients with la-bour-onset preeclarnpsia. Each uterine contraction is quantitated by measuring the strength, intensity, duration, and frequency. The serum level of Mg, length of labour, blood pressure, and the amount of postpartum bleeding were reoorded The result showed that when the drug reached its therapeutic concentration in the blood, no differ-ence of statistic significance were notieed between the self pre-medical and post-medical stages in terms of uterine contractility, length of labour, and pospartum bleeding The result indieated that proper use of magresium sulfate in PIH patients with normal labour did not hinder the la-bour process and was safe. |
