绝经后取环80例体会

目的：探讨绝经后取环的处理方法。方法：分析８０例绝经后取环中环嵌顿、环断裂、组织包裹、宫颈粘连等情况与绝经年限的关系。结果：８０例中１６例绝经超过５年者均因出血和疼痛等症状要求取环，４名妇女绝经年限远远超过绝经前放环年限，绝经年限越长取环可能碰到的问题越多。结论：应避免绝经后取环ＩＵＤ长期停留在宫腔内，建议最好在更年期月经紊乱时取环。

A Summary of 80 Cases of Postmenopausal Removing IUD

Objective:To explore the handling means of postmenopausal removing IUD.Methods:To analyze the relationship between IUD incarciration,IUD breaking,histonic encapsulation,metrosynizesis and postmenopausal time in 80 cases of postmenopausal removing IUD.Results:16 cases of them,whose menopause times were over 5 years,asked removing IUD because they had bleeding and/or pain.The postmenopausal times of 4 cases were longer than those times of putting IUD before menopause.The longer the postmenopausal time was,the more difficult removing IUD was.Conclusion:IUD placing in uterus for a long term in menopause should be avoided.We suggest that IUD should be taken away in the irregular menses before menopause.
