| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价颞侧巩膜小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的手术效果。方法 :行颞侧巩膜小切口非超声乳化白内障手术患者 3 0例 ,并与 3 3例相同术式的上方切口患者相对照 ,比较其术后 1天、1周、1、3个月的手术源性散光 (surgeryinducedastigmatism ,SIA)、视力和并发症 ,从而评价颞侧切口的手术效果。结果 :两种切口产生相似量的逆切口散光 (P >0 0 5) ;术后各个时间比较 ,两种切口视力无明显的差异 (P >0 0 5) ;术后除上方切口组有两例虹膜脱出者外 ,两组均没有明显的并发症。结论 :颞侧切口可以产生与上方切口同样的手术效果 ,并且具有方便手术操作 ,保留上方结膜完整的优势

| Abstract: | Objective:To eva luate the clinical effect of small temporal scleral incision in nonphacoemulsific ation cataract surgery.Method:63 patients with age related cataract were treated with nonphacoemulsific ation cataract surgery,30 of them with temporal scleral incision,and 33 of them with superior scleral incision.Their surgery induced astigmatism,visual acuity,and complications were compared 1 day,1 week and 1,3 months after surgery.Result:The two kinds of incisions have the same quantity of against incision astigmatism(P>0 05).The visual acuity has no significant difference between the two incisions at any time after surgery(P>0 05).Except two patients with superior incision had iris prolapse after surgery,there is no other serious complications occurred.Conclusion:Temporal scleral incision has the same clinical effect with superior incision,and also has the convenience for the operation,leaving the superior conjunctiva intact. |
