Abstract: | The case is described of a 15-year-old girl with papilledema and visual obscurations caused by a rare lesion, Masson's vegetant intravascular hemangioendothelioma, within the venous sinus at the torcular herophili. This lesion impeded cranial venous outflow, leading to intracranial hypertension. |
