慢性乙型病毒性肝炎血清HBV DNA载量与肝组织病毒学标志及肝脏损害程度的关系

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清HBV DNA载量与肝组织病毒学标志及肝组织病理损伤的关系。方法根据血清学检查结果将90例CHB患者分为血清HBV DNA阳性与阴性2组,对2组患者血清HBeAg阳性率、肝组织病毒学标志HBsAg、HBcAg的表达及肝组织病理损伤进行对比分析。结果血清HBV DNA阳性组血清HBeAg阳性率、肝组织中HBeAg、HBcAg表达明显高于HBV DNA阴性组,统计学处理有显著性差异,而2组肝组织肝脏炎症和纤维化程度比较无明显差异。结论CHB患者血清HBV DNA定量与血清HBeAg阳性率、肝组织中HBsAg、HBcAg表达有高度的相关性,而与肝组织炎症和纤维化程度无关。

Correlation among the levels of HBV DNA in Serum and the expression of viral markers of hepatic tissue and its pathological lessions in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the relations among the viral markers in serum and hepatocytes and pathological lesions of hepatic tissue and the serum level of HBV DNA in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Ninety patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups:HBV DNA-negative group and HBV DNA-postive group.HBeAg positive rate in serum,HBsAg and HBcAg expression in hepatic tissue and its pathologicd lesions in the two groups were determined.Results Compared with HBV DNA-negative group,HBV DNA-postive group had higher HBeAg positive rate in serum and had higher expression of HBsAg and HBcAg in hepatic tissue,and there were no difference in inflammation and fibrosis in hepatic tissue of the two groups.Conclusions HBV DNA levels was highly correlated with HBeAg-postive and the expression of HBsAg,and it was not correlated with inflammation and fibrosis in hepatic tissues in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
