宫颈分泌物FFN和血清IL-6与感染的关系

目的:探讨孕28～34周孕妇宫颈分泌物FFN和血清白细胞介素-6水平与感染的内在关系。方法:使用ELISA法测定妊娠28～34周先兆早产的孕妇41例(研究Ⅰ组)和早产的同孕龄孕妇40例(研究Ⅱ组),并以相同孕周的正常孕妇60例为对照组(研究Ⅲ组)的宫颈分泌物FFN和血清IL-6含量。结果:①研究Ⅱ组的FFN和IL-6的含量高于对照组(P0.05),研究Ⅰ组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),妊娠结局为早产组的FFN和IL-6的含量高于对照组(P0.05)。②FFN预测早产和1周内分娩的敏感度和阴性预测值高于IL-6,而特异度和阳性预测值则低于后者。结论:FFN、IL-6与感染性早产有关系,联合检测有助于监测临床感染状态,可作为预测感染性早产及临床的敏感指标。

Relationship between fetal fibronectin in cervical secretions,interleukin-6 in serum and infection

Objective:To explore the inner relationship between fetal fibronectin (FFN) in cervical secretions,interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum and infection in pregnant women of 28～34 gestational weeks.Methods:The levels of FFN in cervical secretions and IL-6 in serum from 41 pregnant women of 28～34 gestational weeks with threatened preterm labor (study Ι group),40 pregnant women of 28～34 gestational weeks with premature delivery (study Ⅱ group) and 60 normal pregnant women of 28～34 gestational weeks (control group) were measured by ELISA.Results:The levels of FFN and IL-6 in study Ⅱ group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05),there was no significant difference between study I group and control group (P>0.05),the levels of FFN and IL-6 in pregnant women with premature delivery were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The sensitivity and negative predictive value of FFN in predicting preterm delivery and delivery within one week were higher than those of IL-6,while the specificity and positive predictive value reversed.Conclusion:FFN and IL-6 are related to infectious preterm delivery,combined detection contributes to detection of clinical infection,which can be used as sensitive indexes in predicting infectious preterm delivery.
